About the Site

Nestled at the corner of LaGrange Road and Ogden Avenue, Uptown LaGrange was a 4.3-acre site ripe for redevelopment. Opus Development called on Spaceco for engineering and surveying services when planning this 5-story condominium complex and parking deck.

Uptown LaGrange is now home to approximately 300 units and 12,000 square feet of retail space. Residents enjoy state-of-the-art amenities, including curated outdoor spaces, a communal club room, and a temperature-controlled saltwater pool.

Our Contributions

Spaceco’s work kept the Uptown LaGrange development on track. We oversaw permitting with the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District for detention review. Our team also coordinated with the Village of LaGrange and IDOT to arrange stormwater management and street improvements for the building’s right in/right out access.
