About the Site

Spaceco partnered with GRIT Chicago, LLC to create a space that honors the legacy of the Michael Reese Hospital site and Bronzeville Community.

This mixed-use district on Chicago’s lakefront serves as an epicenter of development for the near South Side. Spaceco brought Jason F. McLennan’s “philosophy of regeneration” to life by creating a community centered around sustainability.
