About the Site

This 820,000 SF E-Commerce Fulfillment Center is located on a 121-acre site in Matteson, Illinois, and includes associated parking stalls, loading docks, and truck trailer stalls to support high-volume logistics operations. The project also involved significant infrastructure improvements, including 2,800 LF of roadway enhancements along Harlem Avenue and 2,200 LF along Vollmer Road. Additionally, a sanitary lift station, 4,700 SF of sanitary sewer, and 3,900 LF of water main were constructed to support the facility’s operational needs.
