This 40-acre rail-served facility in Coal City, Illinois features a newly constructed 420,000 SF industrial warehouse and transload/packaging distribution center. Designed for high-volume logistics, the site includes an 800-railcar transloading capacity, depressed truck docks on one side, a railcar storage yard, semi-trailer storage and washout facilities, integrated office space, onsite utility upgrades, and site grading to support future development.
