About the Site

The Method manufacturing facility is a 170,000 SF industrial building situated on a 15-acre brownfield site in the Pullman Park Development on the South Side of Chicago. To support the development, a 2,500 LF private road was constructed. Emphasizing sustainability. the project integrated advanced stormwater management and green technology, earning the facility LEED Platinum certification.
