About the Site

The Sawmill Sports Hub is located just off I-55 on an 8-acre site in Willowbrook, Illinois. Spanning 85,000 SF, it offers premier turf and court sports facilities, event spaces, and dynamic recreational activities. One of the key site challenges was its southern boundary, Sawmill Creek, which required compensatory flood storage and enhancements to wetland buffers due to previous fill placement in the existing floodplain.
