About the Site

Nestled at the corner of LaGrange Road and Ogden Avenue, Uptown LaGrange was a 4.3-acre site ripe for redevelopment. Opus Development called on Spaceco for engineering and surveying services when planning this 5-story condominium complex and parking deck.

Uptown LaGrange is now home to approximately 300 units and 12,000 SF of retail space. Residents enjoy state-of-the-art amenities, including curated outdoor spaces, a communal club room, and a temperature-controlled saltwater pool.
