About the Site

The Veridian project sought to bring a sophisticated urban experience to the suburbs of Chicago. This mixed-use 225-acre campus combines entertainment, dining, and retail districts with beautiful residences and expansive offices. We partnered with UrbanStreet Group, LLC, to revitalize the former Motorola campus.

The site of Motorola’s old factory has been completely made over. Veridian’s dense, urban-style development breathes new life into Chicago’s northwest suburbs. Bustling shops and sprawling streets give residents and visitors a place to connect.
