About the Site

Wolf Road Industrial is a 480,000 SF warehouse situated on a 27-acre site in Franklin Park, Illinois. The development includes 128 parking spaces to support tenant operations and logistics. A key feature of the project is a newly constructed private road that connects the northern truck court at 3400 Wolf Road with the southern truck court at 3500 Wolf Road, enhancing site circulation and truck access.
